Goldschläger is the most famous brands that contains gold flake. This cinnamon liqueur has 43.5% abv with tiny but visible flakes of gold floating in it. Even though it has just 0.1 grams of gold flakes (in a 750 ml bottle) it’s the novelty of the product that made it such a recognized brand in the 1990s. Originating in Switzerland and homed in Italy. Interestingly, like Smirnoff, Goldschläger belongs to the Diageo stable.

Früh am Dom: This Brauhaus (Brewhouse) is probably the best located in Koln (along the river Rhine) and very famous for the quality Kölsch they produce. Disappearing into tiny nooks and corners at various levels, just seeing the place is a treat!

“There is only one Ghost Deer head and this beer will only ever be available on draft, served in a stemmed glass, direct from the mouth of the deer himself. The elusive deer is going to be resident in BrewDog Edinburgh for a very limited time period commencing at 7.30pm on Wednesday the 7th of September. The deer himself will decide where he will next appear.” -BrewDog
