The Chambers at the Taj will host a special wine dinner paired with selections from The Rolland Collection. The world renowned winemaker Michel Rolland will be in attendance for a 4 course meal crafted by Chef Hemant Oberoi. The wines which will be served at the dinner are La Grande Clotte Blanc 2009, Bertineau St Vincent 2008, Remhoogte 2006 and a personal favourite from the collection – Le Bon Pasteur 2002.
